therapy is different than taking a yoga class.
Yoga
has proven to help people suffering from common ailments
such as back pain, migrane or tension headache, insomnia,
depression, anxiety, neck and shoulder related complications,
and many more... Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi
Bhajan) is fundamentaly a therapeutic method. In the
serene space of Mey Yoga studio, yoga is done in a
one to one basis, individually designed for your existing
condition. These sessions are gentle and nurturing
with emphasis on bodily awareness, postural alignment,
meditation, breathing and relaxation.
