Fariba Rofougaran, PhD has a rich background in Vedic & Sufi doctrines,
Western transformational work, yoga & devotional music. In these sessions she leads
the body into surrendering to its magnificent potential.
As participants you will be gently guided into the yoga dance with a spine warm up, breathing and a few necessary instructions along with meditative percussions; then the drums beats will be leading your body into its true expression of the moment, shedding and unfolding. Finally a guided meditative cool down will envelope you into the bliss you deserve.
